About the Doctors

Dr. Kent Daft

Dr. Daft has been helping patients achieve great smiles since 1973. He graduated from the University of Detroit Dental School and received his specialty training in Orthodontics from the University of the Pacific Dental School. Dr. Daft is a past president of the Sacramento District Dental Society. He also serves on the Cleft Palate/Craniofacial Anomalies screening panel for the Sutter Medical Center. Dr. Daft and his wife have four grown children and one adorable granddaughter. He enjoys spending time with his granddaughter and golfing in his spare time.

Dr. Charles Stamos

Dr. Stamos has been creating beautiful smiles since 1981. He received his dental degree from UCLA and his Orthodontic specialty training from the University of California, San Francisco. Dr. Stamos and his wife have raised four children and now have two grandsons whom they adore. Family and friends are very important to him. In his spare time, Dr. Stamos enjoys playing golf, bowling, soccer, lacrosse and travel.

To stay on the cutting edge of dentistry, both doctors have received an additional two years of orthodontic specialty training at accredited dental schools and are board certified by the American Board of Orthodontics. They also provide free care for underprivileged children through the Sacramento District Dental Society's Smiles For Kids program. Drs. Daft & Stamos continue to attend advanced orthodontic technique classes and seminars. Each doctor continues to strive to provide the best and most current clinically proven orthodontic care.
