First Visit

At your first visit, the doctor will perform a clinical orthodontic exam. He will discuss this with you and outline a preliminary diagnosis and possible treatment plan. Some patients at this point will be scheduled for necessary diagnostic records and the beginning of treatment. Others may be placed on recall to consider treatment at a later time. You should bring with you the completed medical history form and insurance information that will be mailed to you prior to your appointment. If you do not receive the forms by mail they are available on this website.
